    :-) Thanks everyone! @Ricardo Olea, I'm sure that you'll do great. I studied using the Prep Agent youtube videos.  They were extremely helpful. If interested, check out prepagent.com, the guy who started also does one on one webinars.

    Congratulations, hope you have success. Been on the fence about becoming a agent. Probably will be heading that direction as I noticed quite a few investors that are realtors, agents, or brokers as well

    thanks everyone again.  On a scale of 1-10 for level of difficulty I give the test a 7. I don't think it was difficult,  but you do have to play close attention to the wording and definitely have a clear understanding of concepts.

    Congrats Jonisha S. , how long did it take for the prep? I am a newbie investor and am thinking of doing it. Also, can you explain how it is useful for investors rather than using realtor agents to submit offers ? Thanks !

    hi Sunny K. I studied for about 2 months before I took the test.  Youtube videos through Prepagent.com along with practice tests is how I prepared and for me that was very helpful.  I spent about 3-5 hrs per week. I'm in California and learned that each state is different when it comes to testing so you should be aware of that.  The benefits that influenced me to get my license the education of course as I like to have a strong knowledge base in whatever I do, the network of professionals that I'm now exposed to, and of course the savings since now I won't have to pay an agent for the transaction during a purchase.
