My name is Rachel, I’m 20 years old and based in the Atlanta area. I’m incredibly passionate about getting into the world of real estate—specifically Airbnb investing and house flipping. My long-term goal is to be able to build and design beautiful, functional homes. My boyfriend is currently in school working toward his general contractor license, and together we hope to eventually construct and renovate our own properties from the ground up.
Right now, I’m looking to take the next step by gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in the industry. I’m actively seeking opportunities to work in real estate—whether that’s content creation for real estate companies, assisting a broker or agent, or any role where I can learn, contribute, and grow.

You are choosing a tough field, but one with a lot of satisfaction, upside, and independence if done well. I think it is a great path for anyone passionate and dedicated enough to get through the initial stages, which can be tough.
