prices up 10% in a market they deemed as "doomed" due to the auto collapse.
you will see a lot of double digit increases throughout the country. it's not rocket science...what comes down, must come up.
These things happen all the time...ie, 9/11 destroyed the airline industry. People were afraid to fly. Now, flights are in very much demand & prices are way up.
