Anyone still using Showmojo?

Hey Gang.

I have been paying for showmojo for some time now and use it when necessary. However I got some vacant units for the first time in a year or so. My listings are in a great location college area in the PNW . however my listings have been live for the last 4 days and I have literally 0 leads. I admit my photos need to be updated but other than that the it's been very dead.

What are you guys using these days for marketing your rentals?

@Nathan G.i use to manage over 100 doors pre pandemic. Things got shaky during the pandemic and alot of them sold or doubled down on expenses. However I kept showmojo because it worked so well for me in the past. I’m going to refocus on my photos and lower my price in the coming days.

I'm surprised to hear a smaller landlord would you ShowMojo. What's the purpose if you only have a vacancy every year or so? I use it extensively but I have 15 to 20 turnovers a month.

ShowMojo syndicates your marketed listing to around 50 websites. If you have zero leads from those websites, that indicates a different problem.

Sorry. I’ve never heard of them. I’ve stuck with that stubborn little startup “Zillow”.

If you’re not getting any qualified applicants it’s your price or your advertising (quality or location).

ShowMojo is clunky... If you have hundreds of properties then yea there's value but there are so many better tools these days for automated leasing like LetHub, Tenant Turner, Rently, MeetElise, etc
