Marketing my first rental, any critique appreciated.

Greetings all, hope your 2023 is going great so far.  I am marketing my first rental in the Ocala Florida area.  Three days in and no contacts yet.  Beginning to think I might be overpriced, but as this is my first time, not sure if it could be the market or time of year.  I am currently listing on Zillow, plus syndicating via turbotenant.  Any critique would be greatly appreciated.

I just searched on realtor.com for 4bed/2bath and yours appears to be the most expensive on the market. Most of them are larger than yours. There's a single-family home with almost twice the square footage, lush yard, their kitchen looks nicer, and they are $100 cheaper.
