Renting to Traveling Nurses
Anyone in the Tulare/Visalia area familiar with renting to traveling nurses or the sites to list for this? I just purchased a property near Tulare Adventist Hospital and think this property would do great for this.

We have a few Traveling RN's in the family,
Most hospital units have break rooms with bulletin boards, and you'd be surprised how many rental opportunities are posted there. Travel nurses tend to build strong networks as they move from assignment to assignment, so word-of-mouth referrals through those connections can be very effective.
The challenge is getting your listing on those bulletin boards. You may have to get a little creative—dropping off cookies or other treats for the unit staff can be a good way to introduce yourself and ask if you can post your rental. Unless your really good looking avoid the parking lot stalking of RN's LOL.
I would focus on Med-Surg, PACU, and ER units. I would generally avoid ICU, Labor & Delivery, and Trauma units unless you're specifically looking to attract longer-term renters, as those specialties often hospital employees or have travelers who stay on long term contract assignments.
