What would you do with $250 marketing budget

My company has funded me for an initial $250 marketing campaign. I know it's not much but they are looking to see what I'm capable of doing with $250. If you had this amount what would you do and why?

Since you have licensed agent I am guessing you have Realist or a property tax application available

$15.00 - post card design and create

$35.00 - 500 postcards shipped to you (single side)

$170.00 - 500 postcard stamps

$30.00 - Printer ink to run them through the printer and put on addresses and return addresses

Go into Realist and pull up a specific area where it was purchased 10+ years ago and is not owner occupied. Send to tax mailing address.

$250 worth of gas and snacks to drive for dollars down every street in your target neighborhood. Then a few bucks left to send hand written letters to all owners that you found.

save up. Ha ha, jokes aside, I have no idea. I own an internet marketing company so if you have that much every month it might be something to work with maybe but prob still not. Down the road, hire someone to build out mega sites and rank first page for 20,000 phrases

Ours is tied to our board dues. We essentially have a portal we login to and from there we have access to:

MLS another button for RPR one for REALIST, one for instanet forms. I can;t speak to your area though.

@Mike Cumbie, can you please share how to get access to Realist? My husband just passed his test and is about to get his licence. We already have access to MLS, but I can't seem to find Realist tab anywhere. Is this something that broker has to sign up for?

Go to your court house, get preforeclosure and tax delinquent leads (Tax delinquents can be done by a FOIA request). Spend 150 in stamps. Mail to 100 tax delinquents for 3 months. Print some STOP FORECLOSURE flyers up and convey a message that you can get them out of that situation. Use the other 100 for gas and put a flyer either on by their door knob and mailbox or both.
