Legal lease forms/addendums for DC and MD area

Hi, I just closed on my first rentals in DC/MD area (one in each).  In California, I rely on apartment association's very detailed forms (www.aacsc.org).  Here, I cannot find any such equivalent w/ downloadable forms, any help would be welcome.  Thanks.

    Check out eforms.com  I live in Indiana and use this for all of our rental agreements, applications and amendments.  Seems to have most states legal froms  available.

    @Paul Gupta BP Pro and Premium members (I believe) get access to landlord forms, drafted by local RE attorneys, for all 50 states plus DC. These are found in the Perks section. Leases, disclosures, required forms, etc. 

    If you are a landlord, upgrading pays for itself instantly, IMO.

    I’ve used BiggerPockets leases before as a pro member. They’re not bad. I’d take that, add what you want, and find an attorney to review it then set it up as a template on DocuSign or a similar platform if self managing. I’ve also used Eversign.com which offers ~ 5 free e-signs per month.

     There are a number of disclosures that are required by law in DC and MD, you'll want to speak to a realtor who does a decent amount of rentals (not me lol, I just do my own now) or a property manager. Additionally you'll need a license in both jurisdictions so you will want to have the home inspected, etc.
