Taking Marketing Pictures while unit is occupied by a tenant

I have a single family home that i have been renting to the same family for 7 years.
During their tendency, I have made a lot of upgrades in the house. I would like to take some pictures of the house right now
for marketing the property after they leave. The tenant gave me verbal permission and written permissions through a text message that they are fine with me taking and using these pictures of the house for marketing reasons. I am not sure if i am being too paranoid but Should i get them to sign some document indicating that they don't have any rights to these pictures and the landlord is the owner of the pics?

If so, does' anyone have any doc like this that you can give me?

If you concern, send them text. That might be your proof.
I would wait until they leave. After cleaning up the property, I would have taken pictures.

Most people don't care, and the pictures usually aren't detailed enough for a viewer to see anything personal like documents, family photos, etc.

@Gabe N. It’s probably best to get their permission if you’re going to use the photos for your advertisements, while they are still in the rental, as there might be personal identification or privacy elements. They might be concerned about.
The only time we run into this is if we take a property over in our property management company and we did not have photos before. Typically we take photos before people move into the property that also serve as our advertisement photos in the future.

How have you documented the improvements in your current lease?
May be time to take an Evaluation Video with tenants in the video, showing all the improvements.
You can then use this video for any damage charges when they move out.

@Gabe N.You asked, they said ok, say I am coming to take pictures today. Confirm it is ok by text or email that will be fine. I assume the improvements are more in common areas like kitchen and bathroom isn't even showing alot of their stuff but most tenants don't care. You can use old pictures for bedrooms if you have to and you think it looks too personal.
