Looking for a PM around the Colinwood Cleveland Area

I am an out-of-state investor, and I have an investment property in the North/South Colinwood area ...zip code 44110. Anybody else have familiarity with investing into properties in that area/region? If so, can anybody give any recommendations in regards to a property manager that can help me manage my property....
