Had a really bad experience. I work in InfoTech so I'm more than qualified to figure out a web service.

Difficult to setup
Tenant couldn't figure it out
Excessive bank verification
Confusing landlord portal
Hard for tenant to select the correct property

I wish I had used Rentmatic now, but the tenant is mad and will be sending those awful paper checks now. :(
