🧠 Josh’s Take: Signs of Momentum
The market here in Vegas is still pretty mixed, but I’ve noticed a shift lately. Even though the numbers show things slowing down, the past couple of weeks I’ve personally seen more showings and more homes actually selling. With rates dipping a bit, buyers have a nice little sweet spot right now to jump in—and it feels like some people are starting to take advantage of it.
