NYC migration to Jersey

Curious if the exodus could be a good opportunity for me. I have a house in Jersey and had planned on selling in the next few years. Now the new fear has in NYC curious if maybe it's time to take advantage of the "Great Migration" ... thoughts

Hi @Stan Koper I lean conservative, It is very unlikely I would vote for newly elected mayor of NYC in my life time. I am only saying this to let you know I am not making a bias opinion.  I live in NJ. I do not see "Great Migration" happening.  And if it does those people are unlikely to head to New Jersey.   Plain and simple conservatives have been saying the exodus speech for years.  People are leaving but it never equates to anything like its made out to be.  The people leaving are those nearing retirement, retired or filthy loaded.   Most people getting out of NYC to come to NJ have that plan in mind without politics being the driving force.
