Best areas in greater Salt Lake for MTR?

I have an STR in Park City and LTR in Lehi. Looking to diversify with a MTR. Curious if anyone has leads/recommendations on the best areas to purchase. Are there particular hospitals that have a lot of traveling nurses, or other types of potential renters?

    Sugar House area would be a good are to do MTR.

    it is still very competitive but the numbers still make sense if you are able to grab a property here.

    I'm not familiar with your market but a great way to determine the travel nurse (and other medical professional) demand in your area is to look up travel nurse positions on Indeed. From there, you're able to assess if there's enough demand in your area and some of the Indeed listings will include which hospital the position is at. 

    Another tip would be to list your STR (and maybe even your LTR) on Furnished Finder's site. It cost $99 to list but you'll get the chance to see the leads coming in real time to determine the demand and the price point that travelers are willing to pay in your area.
