Hello BP Community! I'm starting my MTR investment business (LLC) and wanted to know what NAICS code is best to use. Thanks in advance for your reply.

    Hi Cynthia, congratulations on starting your own business! For our furnished MTR LLC, we use 53 Real Estate and Rental Leasing and subcode 531110 Lessors of Residential Buildings and Dwellings.

    Thank you very much for your reply Wes. This is very helpful. I'm considering a hybrid MTR/STR business model and this code seems most appropriate as it covers various rental durations.
