I am in process of moving some of our long term rentals to Mid-Term (30-180 day) rentals, We currently use Buildium to manage our long term rentals and it working decently. We are looking to rent our properties to visiting nurses and the like. The best site for that is furnished finder.
We are looking at software to manage the booking of our mid-term properties. I have looked at software like Hospitable and it looks great except it does not integrate with Furnished Finder. Most of the software I have seen looks solely targeted on the short term rental space. Any recommendations much appreciated.

This is a fun question. First thing I'll say is that there is no software that integrates with Furnished Finder, yet. I heard this directly from their team, it's an issue with the site and it doesn't have the technical capability until they make some significant changes. Hospitable is a great app and it's the one I recommend for most people.
There are 2 philosophies people follow when it comes to MTR apps. Some lean toward STR focused apps, other lead toward LTR apps. I'm the former. Either way, you'll need ways to fill the gaps since STR and LTR management apps don't have all the features needed for MTRs. For example, if you use Hospitable, you'll need another solution for background checks, lease signing, and monthly rent collection.

Very helpful - much thanks. I think, for now, I’ll probably use Buildium (my current software) and manually enter into furnished finder and AirBnB and require approval so it doesn’t auto schedule and so I can send a proper lease. Given I will only have one MTR and Hospitable is $59/month it makes sense for now.

I use Furnished Finder for our MTRs and haven't found the need to use any other software (except for finances); I have two rentals. Because travel nurses are typically on three month contracts, there are only four tenants per year; much less data to keep track of vs. STRs.
FF is a lead generation site, not a booking site, so landlords interact directly with potential tenants. There's no automatic bookings.
I use KeyCheck, a FF affiliate, for background checks, lease agreements (available for all 50 states) and electronic signing, and payment processing including credit/debit card payments. KeyCheck is integrated with FF and works well.

My wife and I own 4 units and operate a 5th as an MTR arbitrage, and we definitely use furnishedfinder.com as well as AirBnB and Vrbo (min 16 day stay and no instabook).
For residents we meet through FF.com or ones from an STR site that want to extend, we offer the ability to do so using leases created by avail.co . Avail.co also can do the tenant background, eviction and credit score checks. It also can collect rents, pet fees, cleaning fees, etc. and deposit them. Avail does have some limitations. As Allen says above, there are gaps.
FF.com is $149 a year per listing, and Avail.co is $7 per month for a pro listing (there are lower and higher tiers, I believe).

You're welcome! Are you planning on using sites like Airbnb and VRBO to get MTR bookings? That's when an app like Hospitable can be worthwhile because long term management apps lke Buildium don't connect to these sites.
