Can someone recommend a good company that works with traveling Healthcare professionals? I'm looking to rent a 3 bed 2 bath Ranch home in Northbrook IL.

@Vincenzo Peter Manzella are you a prospective tenant or a landlord? In either case look to list/find on Furnished finder. If you are talking about a PM company I think you contact the same ones as for STR. A 3/2 is going to be less commonly desired by health professionals and you could look into insurance placement companies.

If you're asking about companies that serve traveling healthcare professinals, Aya Healthcare is one of them. A lot of them look for housing themselves through sites like Airbnb and Furnished Finder with their stipends. Make sure you're listed on those 2 sites so those individuals can find your property.
And I agree with Colleen, a 3 bed won't get many healthcare professionals who typically travel by themselves. Families are who you should be targetting.

I recommend targeting other potential tenants because the home is larger. For my 3+ bedroom homes I house traveling or relocating families, work crews, and displaced families. Listing the property on Zillow, Airbnb, and insurance relocation sites like ALE Solutions should help you get it rented @Vincenzo Peter Manzella

Hi there! From our experience managing multiple MTRs in Indianapolis, larger homes don’t appeal as much to traveling healthcare professionals. Although we list our MTRs on Furnished Finder, most of their users are traveling nurses, making it harder to rent out our larger properties. We’ve been exploring CHBO, which is similar to Furnished Finder but connects with insurance adjusters and relocation companies, potentially filling larger rentals faster. Additionally, ALE Solutions (housing relocator) offers a "Preferred Landlord Program" for priority placement within their network.
