Anaheim property potential for MTR

Good morning,

Anyone in the group have MTR's in the Anaheim area? I have a 3 bed 1.5 bath property and wanted to see if it's worth putting up for MTR and wanted to pick some brains. I've looked at some data from furnished finder but it isn't very in depth. Thank you!
