@David Newfang I am NOT an attorney, but a practicing Broker for the past 43 years.  What is the purpose of the review.  Do you plan on using it to send offers?  Is it the normal RPA that agents use?  You can send it my way.

    Probably best to have someone in your state assist as some items are state specific.

    Locally, Nashville and Memphis vary on who usually pays on certain costs in a contract.
