Will Home state LLC work in every state to wholesale or fix and flip a property?

Is it important to have an LLC in the state where I am planning to wholesale or fix and flip a property, or can I do it with my current LLC from my home state?

You do not need to start a new LLC in every state, if you work in multiple states you can keep your one LLC and register it as a foreign entity in the other states.

Google register foreign entity in (state) they will show you how to do this

Typically you also will need a registered agent which you can google for a registered agent in that state there are companies that do all 50 states
