Looking for legal help developing ST rental agreement for FL vacation home

I own a single family home in The Villages and would like to rent it on a short term basis (likely weekly or monthly). I'm looking for a resource to help drafting an appropriate rental agreement for this scenario.

The home is furnished. No golf cart, bikes, grills offered. The home is owned by a Florida single member LLC.

Any guidance is welcome.

@Tony Edmonds - When asked what he wants to be when he grows up, my son would often say - "A lawyer". Recently, I told him that I'm not sure that profession will still exist in 10 years (when it comes to drafting legal agreements at least), as the last several times I needed to do anything with regard to a contract or legal document - I used ChatGPT to great success.. FOR FREE! I'd recommend you take a standard STR agreement, and use AI to customize it to your specific needs. And if you must, you can still pay an attorney to review.

Thanks, Jonathan. Is there a standard STR agreement? I know the realtors have standard agreements for buy/sell offers…
