Legal Help Needed Re: Private Money Invested

Posted

Can anyone recommend a lawyer who can help me file a lawsuit against a company I lent private money to in Hawaii? I invested money to a real estate investor in May of 2024 for a flip, which did not profit as much as expected. We did sign a note and deed, which states that we can ask for our funds and interest back within 30 days of selling the home, which happened November of 2024. I have been patient with the return of our funds but I am at the point that I need to seek legal help to get our funds back.
