Bought my first 12 units deal with a partner that I met in a local REIA and we been doing deals here and there. We decide to open a JV and start doing bigger deals. This is the first one of many.

    hi @Guillermo Nadal Congrats, that鈥檚 a great way to scale. We do something similar in our co-investing club. Over the years we鈥檝e met some incredible operators and now partner together on deals across different asset classes including self storage, multifamily, a boutique hotel, and even gold and silver. It鈥檚 amazing what can happen when experienced investors collaborate. 馃挭馃徑
