Real Estate/ Wholesaler Friendly Attorney Buffalo NY

Hello Everyone! 

I am a new wholesaler in the Buffalo area and I wanted to see if there is are any real estate attorneys anyone would recommend. 

I am starting to get some deals together and need to speak to a lawyer to look through the contracts and also form a LLC. Thank you for the help !

    @Jerry Guzman if you are double closing any local RE attorney that has a focus on RE can help. If you DM me I can give you a recommendation.

    If you are flipping contracts I don’t think any local attorneys will help. Everyone I have talked to has clearly stated you need a brokers license to transact RE.

    I would check Wallace law firm in schenectady.They work with wholesalers.
