What are some ways to put together a buyers list?

I have been looking at a couple of houses lately that I could potentially wholesale however I dont have a buyers list put together. This is where my question comes in. What are some good strategies of ways I could put together a buyers list? Thanks in advance!

Dispositions should be a breeze when done right.

Here are some methods:

- Investor Facebook Groups

- Market on Bigger Pockets

- Pull a list of cash buyers from Propstream

- You can also go on the MLS and view recent cash buyers nearby (one of my favorite options)

If you get the right deal then you should have no problem assigning it.

Joint venture with another wholesaler - split the profits (see this all the time). Send direct mail to cash buyers in the area. Go to REIA meetings. Post "listings" on Craigslist and capture the respondents.

Investor facebook groups in your area will likely have some as well. Finding buyers should be the easiest part in this market.
