I have been working with a wholesale brokerage here in Houston and I am an independent contractor for them and I Dispo all of their deals. I am looking for some more creative ways to Dispo deals to other investors. Would you anyone know of any other ways that could help me dispo more deals?
Stop working for a wholesale brokerage and do your own deals. Never understood the catch to places like new western, you can literally only wholesale and make a small cut from every deal. If you wholesale your own deal you can make 100% of the profits and take advantage of 3% commission.

Hey! Just came across your post. I am now doing this and would like to know if you are still doing dispo's with investors. if so, please give me some what what you have learned over the years
I was in the exact same position. You can always do facebook group and buyers lists from others. However what I found to be the most effective is working with realtors within the investment space. They always get contacted by investors looking for deals and a realtor can help the entire process be more trustworthy and smoother than some random person on FB. I myself am a realtor here in Houston with a buyers list I have developed over my last five years of being in the investment real estate space. I would be happy to connect and see how we can help each other :)
