I have been listening to BiggerPockets and Wholesale Hotline for quite some time now. Unfortunately, I have never taken the action needed to get started. I am getting married in May this year and my Fiance and I have decided to embark on this journey together so that we can provide a life of freedom for ourselves and our future kids. Hey Ray, welcome to the journey! It's cool that you and your fiancé are diving into RE investing together. A strong support system makes a huge difference. Since you're just starting, I'd check out Launch Control for outbound SMS. It's the cheapest marketing channel with the highest ROI, and it's great for just starting out because of how many conversations you get to have and how many deals you get to analyze right off the bat. Be warned. The entire forum is filled with wholesaling advise that is factually wrong including the Biggerpockets podcasts. This is not an opinion this is data.
