Reliable Skiptrace Options - How to find the owner?

Hello

Any recomendations on which would be the best skiptrace to use when trying to find contact information of old homes? I've tried Spokeo, True People Search and beenverified with no luck

For the love of god, do not use batch. We've seen 70%+ wrong / invalid numbers. That's based on 100,000+ calls each month

     Does Batchskip provide a high percentage of real, working phone numbers? how's the phone data?

    There are several skip tracing companies to choose from. Find one that meets your needs as far as flexible pricing, no high volume minimums if you're just starting out. You need the owners' names and their mailing addresses which are available on the county's accessors' pages. If you need specific information about skip tracing or companies feel free to reach out.
