what is your center piece for marketing yourself

I am on day 4 of wholesaleing and so far its been great but I really lik to know what is your secret weapon that makes you sell quicker and faster,

so i would like to know what is your center piece that makes you always find motivated sellers that you really rely on,

love to hear from you guys thanks.

Get or develop a "brand" for what you're doing. Represent yourself in a PROFESSIONAL WAY with business cards, car magnets, etc. Go out and MEET PEOPLE and give away 1,000 business cards in the next 90 days.

My point is - NO ONE knows you are in this business yet. You can change that with a memorable identity and MONEY (direct mail, billboards, etc.) and/or TIME (going out and NETWORKING with people in the RE business, etc.).

Motivated sellers will not be falling from the sky (despite what the gurus teach). And we're talking about real estate here, so be professional, make EVERYONE aware of your business, that you provide a SOLUTION that some people really need. That should be the "centerpiece" of your new RE business. Best wishes!
