Pennsylvania has new legislation going into effect in January 2025 that requires wholesalers to have a real estate license in order to wholesale. Curious what current wholesalers in the state plan to do when this new law starts?? I know Philadelphia already has a wholesalers license but I haven't seen anywhere else in the state that does.
Exactly my thoughts with the broker issue. You have to sponsored to get your license in PA and wholesaling seems to go against brokers' license rules. Seems like there would not be much option but to move to a tradition real estate agent commission situation.
