"Hello, I'm Gernide. I require a real estate attorney to draft a wholesale contract (assignment agreement) for two properties in St. Petersburg, FL. The contract must include a provision that allows for a 22-day period to assign to a buyer. AVR/60% 265k each.

    There are ways to find attorneys in certain areas. Most states post all attorneys licensed in the state along with their area of expertise, so you should be able to find someone in St. Petersburg, FL who could draft the contract.
