Wholesaling is my first step- looking for guidance from those who have done it.

I just joined BP less than 24 hours ago and I am absolutely loving the energy. I have officially formed my LLC ( Harveaux™), recently filed my trademark and I am currently wrapping up my real estate course, almost ready to take the state final.

Wholesaling is my main entry strategy to build experience and capital. Long-term, I am aiming for investing and land/commercial deals. Would love feedback from others who started in wholesaling- any advice for staying focused and building a strong foundation?

    Hello Eshe,

I hope you're well. That is great to hear about forming your LLC. Depending on your level of activity, we may recommend wholesaling in a subsidiary of the LLC so that if there is any liability that is triggered from one wholesale deal that you can isolate it inside of that subsidiary and close it down without compromising your parent LLC that has the trademark. We would also recommend making sure you have a good Letter of Intent and that it is reviewed to make sure any offers you send out to wholesale provide you the most protection to your position as you try to make deals.
