Im a beginner to wholesaling and need some help
Im currently looking into wholesaling and im very curious about the whole thing, ive watched many videos, read blogs, and joined live meetings to educate myself the best i can but im only 16 and im sure i can get my parent to sign contracts im just unsure on how i can find a good contract and I also am unsure on how proof of funds would work in this situation considering i want to get a property under contract prior to finding a cash buyer. Can anyone provide me any insight on this?
