    Hey Angel,

Welcome! Since you’re open to helping and learning, you might consider looking for local investors who could use a partner on deals — whether it’s helping analyze numbers, manage projects, or even co-invest. Partnerships like that are a great way to gain experience, build credibility, and potentially get in on deals without going it alone.

Look into real estate groups, meetups, and events in your area. That'll give you the opportunity to meet with investors and other players in the field who can help in your real estate investing journey!

Hi Angel welcome! Have you thought of getting your RE license? The hands on experience and in office mentors can be invaluable.
