Curious how you guys are handling dispo these days.
Quick question for both wholesalers and buyers.
On the dispo side, I’ve found sending a full breakdown upfront is usually overkill. Most buyers just want the basics first, then dig deeper if they’re interested.
That said, it also feels like a lot of buyers don’t really trust wholesaler comps or rehab numbers and end up verifying everything anyway.
For buyers, what actually makes you take a deal seriously when it hits your inbox?
For wholesalers, are you focusing more on speed or presentation when you’re sending deals out?
