“How do I know if it’s a good deal?”

Most wholesalers are stuck here.

They’re looking for a formula to tell them yes or no.

But here’s the truth…

If your buyer won’t buy it, it’s not a deal.
Everything else is just numbers on paper.

The shift is simple.
Stop asking “is this a deal?”
Start asking “who would buy this?”

Because once you understand your buyer,
your numbers stop being guesses.
