Hey BP Is it possible to wholesale a probate property that requires court approval? If possible, What are the potential challenges you might face?

    Nope. 

    In CA, the buyer's vesting must be presented in offer.

    What added value do you think you offer on a sale that's known to public, probably in MLS and published in newspaper?

    You'd have to show proof of funds, tender customary 10% deposit and fend off overbidders. 

    I've been on both sides of probate sales many times.
