Does anyone here on the forum know of a title company in the Chicago area that will do double closings?

Try Meridian Title.  They are pretty investor friendly.  They can do remote closes also so no need to go to the office.  At least this has been my experience with them in Indiana.  Office is in Tinley Park I believe.
