Hey Guys!
I have a question (excuse me if this is elsewhere on the site, I could not find anything), when wholesaling, is it better to do so in a buyers or sellers market? The reason I ask is because I was reviewing a report with local zip codes that are classified as buyers or sellers markets. What is the best, or preferred kind of market for a wholesaler?
The best time to start wholesaling is right now! I wouldn't say that it's better to start in a buyers or sellers market, but finding good deals does become more difficult in a buyers market. There are typically fewer deals to be had, but they're still out there!
