Dealing w/ multiple end-buyer investors inspecting sellers house

Hey guys, i wanted to see how some of you handle situations where multiple end-buyer investors are visiting the seller's home to be wholesaled to evaluate the deal.

End buyers would want to visit the house to confirm repair costs advertised by the wholesaler,  but at the same time, the seller prob dosn't want repeated repair-estimates after the initial one done by the wholesaler.

How do you guys handle this other than just telling the seller to hang in there?
