Hopefully, that title will get attention.
Put me on the right track. Seems a thousand gurus, mentors, coaches or others are on the internet offering wholesaling "instructions" or "how to" materials. Google it and you'll see what I mean!
Who has the best material out there? Who is running this train on wholesaling. What is the best course out there and how much is it?
No kidding, I'd really like to know! And, no, I'm not calling the authorities or hit them up for anything........just want to know to better understand where everyone is going.

welcome to BiggerPockets this is the biggest internet site in the world the best wholesale information it possibly could be here in the numerous books that they suggest read on in a bigger pockets that give you the information when you sign up but they're beginners book is really really good so good luck on your search and yes those gurus are only gurus after your money that's all they care about they keep adding and adding and adding and adding so it's not a good place to go
