It's always interesting some real professionals come to BP.
With all the wholesaling questions that are posted on BP, many of those questions might be answered from this link.
The most interesting to me is the guru list, associates and supporters showing how this network of criminals.....I mean "Instructors" operate in an orchestrated manner.
It's a real world investigation with the use of social media from a regulatory and law enforcement point of view.
Are you in their cross hairs?
Are you going to be in their cross hairs?
Do you see anyone that you know? Do you really want to take their word for it that it's legal to conduct business the way they suggest?
It appears that confidential information has been blacked out, might read between the lines.
You'll see the actors identified, it's not just wholesaling, but a network of the gurus.
Check it out, we can discuss it, calibrate your BS Meter :)

Great stuff thank you for posting.
It would be great if all new members of BP who want to wholesale were always directed to threads like this as opposed to continually being told wholesaling is how to get into the biz. and make a living.

@Bill Gulley that is probably the case Bill but there is an old saying about picking your battles wisely:)
I will take notes. I am going to submit a few questions in writing and ask them to forward to legal for an opinion. One thing I have noticed is that many of the "wholesalers" have seemed to disappeared and gone underground. If they are operating within the law there would be no need to hide. I suspect they knew better all along but just didn't care! It is their deception and illegal practices that keep regulators in business:)...but of course, they always find a way to defend their actions!

Great point, James. I've always found Jeff Watson to be on point, and this link goes to EXACTLY what this post is about: http://watsoninvested.com/wholesaling/

Maybe you should ask Jeff why he decided to write that post and do the interview.

Well, sounds like the regulators are mentioning the same points I have been for a couple years on this freight train. Intent, ability to buy, good faith, etc.
Nick, Jeff is drumming up business. The two regulatory attorneys sitting in the interview get government paychecks, I don't think Jeff does.
Again, the issue is following the guru methods ! :)

The regulators only know what they are taught and the lead in that video had a hard time following the instructions given to her. Due to her response to a certain question, the State will have a hard time making an argument for unlicensed activity (at least while she is in that position).
