Hi, I am looking for any investor friendly title companies in the northern New Jersey area ( I am from Essex County) that are able to do assignments and double closes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Justin, I have used title lines in Peapack. They may be a bit too far for you but they did the job in a timely fashion. I don't have their number on me but they can be found with a Google search.
