Looking For Wholesalers and Bird Dogs-South Side Chicago

I am in the process of scaling my business and am looking for wholesalers and bird dogs to work with. I would prefer experienced wholesalers, but newbies are welcome as well. I am also looking to work with bird dogs, again, I would prefer someone with experience, but if you are new I can help train you to develop the skills that I am looking to work with. I have been investing for a couple of years now, and with all thanks to God, my business is growing, so I am looking to incorporate driven individuals into my business model to handle the increased workload. Not only do I wholesale properties, I also rehab them as well, so these are primarily the properties that I am looking for. I have increased my marketing budget tremendously this year, so at this point doing it by myself is not very beneficial to the growth of my company. If you, or someone you know, is driven, really hungry to learn the business and increase the amount of business they area doing, feel free to reach out. If you are a wholesaler that has a deal you are unable to find a buyer for, reach out and lets work together to get it done. I am a very fair individual, and not greedy in the least bit, so normally on JV partnerships I split 50-50. I am willing to compensate bird dogs $500 and up depending on the deal that gets closed. In either scenario, I am very transparent and keep everyone in the loop during every phase of the transaction so no one is left in the dark. I consider myself to be a very honest, and professional individual,and my reputation means a lot to me, so please only professional people reach out; really not trying to deal with people who don't do good business.
