Does anyone have a marketing strategy that is working in Southern California? I was looking into bandit signs and possible direct mailers. Any suggestions on what avenue of marketing works best with the way the market is in So Cal?

I am a wholesaler in the TX market and I'm looking to start wholesaling I the LA/OC markets. I just moved to Long Beach a year ago, and just looking to see what the hot flipping markets are besides Inglewood/Compton.
