Hello everyone,

I'm in Northern New Jersey in the Essex county area and looking to see if anyone knows of or can refer me to an investor friendly Attorney and or Title Company to do a double closing. Will be much appreciated! Thanks in advance..

    @Anthony Ferguson I have heard of people using RMS Title. They are in Ocean County.

    Be patient, new rules from CFPB can put a damper on double closings. Make sure you use a reputable and forward thinking title insurance firm. Confirm from the beginning they have the capabilities to make it happen... Best of luck

    Appreciate the heads up @Account Closed I was actually just on there site looks like they may have some new disclosure requirements. Definitely will have to look more into this. Thanks again
