Hello BP I'm from Las Vegas, NV serious about wanting to start up wholesaling but after doing some reading from what investors posted on here about their incidents with wholesalers not being the best ethics wise. I'm in search of advice on how to find an ethical mentor out in my local area. I was looking into my local REA but it didn't seem like there were any events set up any time in the near future.
