Bandit signs - how many signs might you lose on a weekend

Put out approx 50 bandit signs this weekend and lost 6 of them...approx 10%.  In your experiences, what is average?  I put some at major shopping center entrances, major intersections and at major road entrances to some of my targeted neighborhoods.

Is there any particular placement or certain things that seem to prompt people to take more or less of your signs?  I generally tried to do this:

1.  Place signs in more of the blue-collar neighboorhoods where I already see other bandit signs

2.  If other bandit signs, in area, I will place in area but away from my competitors

Do you try to replenish the signs every time one is taken, or just every weekend?  Just curious what you have found to be most effective in your bandit sign campaigns.  Thanks in advance.
