Seeking advise for my first wholesaling deal.
My partner and I have been spending some serious time preparing to make our first wholesaling deal. We found some potential deals by driving around neighborhoods and making a list of houses that looked like they were not lived in or neglected. From there we searched county records to narrow our list down to homes with a different mailing address than property address. Now, we are ready to get the ball rolling and execute a deal. Can someone please walk me through what to do next or even look over some of the properties we had in mind? Thank you and I look forward to reading everyones responses!
