Hi,  I just received a call from a yellow letter campaign that I did in Memphis.  It is a tired landlord who is absentee but lives in Memphis.  The property is vacant.  I don't live anywhere near Tennessee.  He said he would be happy to 'show me' the property.  I was wondering if any of you virtual wholesalers could tell me how to handle 'viewing' the property and how you would go about showing it to buyers.
